 Our full-time team is the two of us, Ray & Sue, husband & wife. We have 3 casual part-time staff that we employ for catering, private dining experiences, preparing large spice orders and for special events.  

Our family farm, Mud Puddle Farms was established in 2013. Growing & raising our own food opened our eyes to knowing where our food comes from and keeping it farm-fresh and flavorful.  From November 2020 - March, 2022, we had run a weekly lunch counter, now we offer full-time catering services and unique dining experiences, where many of the menu items are inspired by the smoked spices & rubs that we have  created in-house .  

We take our spices to some farmers markets and trade shows occasionally, and we were recently asked to include them in the 2022 Taste of the Peace box for the Growing the North Conference. Now, with offering them wholesale etc., we can share our love for the uniqueness of our dishes and the spices we use by creating the peppercorns, spices & rubs in small hand-blended batches so that anyone can use them to enhance their everyday meals or gourmet classics.   

We love to cook and feed people, but we also really love to inspire others to cook and enjoy creating their own dishes.
